The Rutgers University Law Review, the Center for Immigrant Justice, and the Institute for Professional Education at Rutgers Law School are excited to invite you to a symposium on immigration and citizenship law. The symposium will feature five panels addressing pressing issues, including mass deportation, the role of AI and digital surveillance in immigration enforcement, restrictions on citizenship, the economic impact of immigrant workers, and the intersection of immigration and federalism. Additionally, the event will honor the important scholarly contributions of two recently retired law professors, Professor Linda Bosniak and Professor Alan Hyde.
