A message from event organizer, Josh Anthony:

The workshop has been rescheduled for this Friday, April 21st, at the same place and time: 4:30 PM at Rutgers University, 301 Van Dyck Hall. I am extremely thankful to our presenter, Gabby Girard, PhD Candidate at Princeton University, and our opening commentator, Debbie Sharnak, Assistant Professor at Rowan University, for being able to reschedule on such short notice. Gabby’s wonderful paper, a draft of the first chapter of her dissertation, is called “Truth and Telexes: A Global History of Argentina’s National Commission on the Disappearance of Persons.” We look forward to discussing this paper with you all, and to celebrating a very successful first year of our combined inter-university workshop!
