We are pleased to announce that Daniela Valdés successfully defended her dissertation, “Clocked and Locked: Race, Gender Nonconformity, and the Making of the Carceral-Psychiatric State, 1945-1995” in the Department of History at Rutgers University.
This fall, Daniela will join the Society of Fellows at Princeton University as a postdoctoral researcher.
